This specialized service puts individuals on the right track to healing their gut and living a healthy life. This is the first step to taking your health back. This program includes weekly 1:1 laser focus sessions (4 per month), with emails check-ins and advice to keep you on track. This program is not scary or overwhelming it helps keep you on track and motivates you to start seeing improvemnt in your health. It can be very overwhelming to know where to start, with this personalized program, I show each step of the way, and hold you accountable to achieve your goals each week.
