The past few years of my life have been punctuated with grief and loss and I just want you to know that my time with you has had a huge healing and therapeutic impact on my life. Hi, I'm Tanya!

I am a Professional, Registered Health Coach and Holistic Nutritionist with an expertise in Gut Health.  I have an immense passion for my profession and a personal goal to be as happy as possible in my own life (GOALS!).  I whole heartedly want to help guide you on your personal health journey so you too can set your goals and knock them out of the park.

My unique approach encompasses all area's of your life. You can eat all the kale you want (and we know kale chips are yummy) but if you are stressed, tired or even worse unhappy, you may never be able to lose those last 5 or 10 pounds.

I'm going to let you in on a little secret, those 5 or 10 pounds are most likely not going to make you happier, even if your favorite jeans fit better.  Believe me I know!

I am here to help you map out a healthy and fun lifestyle. One that integrates nicely into your current life, job, schedule and even your family.  A life that brings you joy, energy and overall well being.  A life that makes you want to jump out of bed in the morning to live.  The life where you are the best version of yourself, because you only get one shot.
